Brantley Gilbert marked the launch of his seventh studio album, Tattoos, by taking over Nashville’s iconic Broadway with an extraordinary “World’s Largest Album Release Party” on Friday, September 13. The event drew an impressive crowd of 118,000 fans, all there to celebrate the multi-Platinum artist’s new music.

Gilbert performed an energetic set featuring both his biggest hits and new tracks from Tattoos, kicking off the night with “Off The Rails,” the title track of his current headlining tour. Throughout the night, he surprised the crowd with guest appearances from notable collaborators, including Ashley Cooke, who joined him for one of our favorite duets of 2024 “Over When We’re Sober,” and Gary LeVox. Other special guests included Demun Jones, Struggle Jennings, and Colt Ford, who made his return to the stage after recovering from a serious heart attack earlier this year.

During the performance, Gilbert paused to express his gratitude to his team and fans, saying, “We wouldn’t be here without y’all, so thank you for showing up. This means everything to us.”

The release party also doubled as the grand finale for the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix’s “Freedom Friday” celebrations. The evening featured a lineup of opening acts, including Brian Kelley, Mae Estes, Chase McDaniel, Noah Hicks, Mackenzie Carpenter, and Shaylen. Alongside the music, fans enjoyed street vendors, activations, and entertainment such as airbrush tattoos, making the event a full festival experience.
