Diane has over 30 years of experience in the industry. She began her career in radio that included a 6-year stint at WSIX/Nashville working with Hall of Fame DJs Gerry House and Eddie Edwards. She was also featured as the Nashville correspondent on the hugely popular syndicated show Country Today and has won many Music Industry awards including a special Gavin Award for Promoter of the Decade.

Diane enjoys hiking with her dogs, boating, and beaches. She loves spending time with her family, and friends and serving local ministries.
Kiersten has over 8 years of experience in marketing and promotions. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Event Planning from Western Kentucky University. She has helped with several music festivals and events assisting with promotions, social media, and marketing, including the ‘Big To-Do” in Bowling Green. She also helps coordinate & assist with radio tours for country music artists.

Heather has over 25 years of experience in radio marketing and promotion. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Belmont University and started her career in 1992 with Capitol Records. She worked with artists like Garth Brooks, Suzy Boggus, Billy Dean, Keith Urban, Trace Adkins, and Deana Carter – later transitioning to artist management, radio relations, and promotions for Dierks Bentley and several newcomers.

Heather is married to industry vet Bobby Young and they have 4 kids. She enjoys spending time with family, her pups, and being a dance mom.
